Legal and Corporate Affairs Department

LEX (Legal & external affairs), or Legal & Regulatory Affairs Department, is a functional unit that enables BAT Uzbekistan to better cope with the challenges of a dynamic external environment.

LEX plays a key role in executing the company's strategy, providing a coordinated approach to legal matters, litigation, external and internal communications, and security. The LEX team protects the company's brands, commercial interests and corporate reputation.
