BAT Uzbekistan is also engaged in processing and export of tobacco leaf. The company closely cooperates with farmers of Samarkand region, thanks to which it has mastered competitive oriental types of tobacco “Basma" as well as the famous type of tobacco “Virginia”, which are processed at Urgut Fermentation Plant.

Today UzBat exports to the following countries: Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Jordan, Korea, Iraq, UK, Saudi Arabia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Turkey, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan.
