Обязанности:

• Управление отчетностью по объемам - сбор данных от торговой команды, консолидация через PowerBI инструменты, аналитика и предоставление результатов соответствующим заинтересованным сторонам;
• Отслеживание эффективности NPI и отчетность - постановка целей, глубокий анализ эффективности и презентация соответствующим заинтересованным сторонам;
• Разработка торговых программ и ведение проектов, связанных с розничными торговыми точками. Управление планом торгового покрытия (TCP) - анализ, внесение предложений и поддержка программ трансформации модели торгового покрытия (R2M);
• Разработка методологий расчетов и анализа эффективности кросс-функциональных проектов, автоматизация процессов.

Требования:

• Минимум 2 года опыта работы в области развития торгового маркетинга (R2M) и дистрибуции;
• Высшее образование в области экономики, бизнеса или смежной области;
• Свободное владение английским и русским языками;
• Опыт разработки и реализации стратегий торгового маркетинга и дистрибуции (TM&D);
• Cредний Power BI & Power Query, продвинутый MS Excel и MS PowerPoint;
• Сильные аналитические навыки, умение разрабатывать модели для расчетов и прогнозирования;
• Умение находить ключевые моменты в больших массивах данных;
• Сильные навыки коммуникации.

Машинист-регулировщик электронного оборудования

Обязанности:

• Осуществлять управление технологическим процессом, проводить настройки/регулировки оборудования;
• Осуществлять контроль над техническим состоянием электрооборудования;
• Обеспечивать правильную техническую эксплуатацию, бесперебойную работу электронного оборудования отдела по производству сигарет, фильтропалочек и нагреваемых табачных смесей;
• Осуществлять качественную, своевременную и точную передачу информации, предоставляемой в рамках рабочих процессов между сменами;
• Способствовать учету и анализу показателей использования электрооборудовани;
• Устранять все виды поломок и сбоев электрооборудования участка в рамках своей квалификации;
• Осуществлять эффективную работу с технической документацией;
• Осуществлять получение необходимых запасных частей со склада;

Требования:

• Среднеспециальное техническое образование;
• Знание технологического процесса производства и упаковки сигарет, фильтр палочек и нагреваемых табачных смесей;
• Знание технологического процесса производственного подразделения;
• Умение работать с технической документацией и чертежами;
• Навыки замены деталей оборудования;
• Владение ПК, навыки работы с пакетом Микрософт (Word, Excel, Power Point;
• Исполнительность, пунктуальность, ответственность, коммуникабельность, умение работать в команде.

FMD traffic controller

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work as an operator: start/stop equipment, manage the technological process, timely replace materials and quickly wearing parts of the equipment.
• Participate in the maintenance and repair of equipment.
• Keep records of finished products and consumption of process materials.
• Control and adjust the physical parameters of manufactured products using laboratory equipment.
• Daily and preventive cleaning of production equipment.
• Keeping the machine and workplace clean and tidy.

PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CANDIDATE:

• Secondary specialized technical education.
• Ability to work with technical documentation
• Ability eliminate minor defects in the operation of equipment.
• Knowledge of the basics of mechanics.
• Experience in production is an advantage.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct internal audit by conducting inspections in accordance with the approved plan;
• Monitor the implementation of the action plan to eliminate identified non-conformities;
• Monitor the progress of the approved business plan and compliance with corporate governance principles;
• Conduct audits of the state of internal control, the state of accounting and financial reporting, the correctness of the calculation and payment of taxes and other mandatory payments;
• Conduct audits of compliance with legislation in the implementation of financial and economic activities and ensuring the safety of assets;
• Consult departments on financial, tax, banking and other legislation;

PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS TO THE CANDIDATE:

• Availability of a valid local certificate of internal auditor or international DipIFR certificate;
• Higher education;
• Practical work experience in the field of accounting, audit, financial or tax control for at least 2 years out of the last 10 years;
• Excellent skills in working with computer programs;
• Deep knowledge of: Finance, Taxation, Audit, Risk Management and local legislation requirements;
• International certificates are desirable (ACCA, CIA, CPA, CIMA, etc.);
• A good level of spoken and written English is desirable.
