Being a communications manager at BAT is a very creative and exciting job that always keeps you on your toes. I always need to be able to feel the company from the inside - what it lives for, what it lacks, and maintain a corporate culture. You also need to constantly monitor the reputation of the company "outside", in society. Having worked for the company for 7 years, including in different markets, I managed to implement a large number of projects, organize many events, and provide PR support for the company's product launches. I like that I constantly take part in cross-functional projects, interact with colleagues from completely different departments and almost never know where my working day will start and how it will end - even if I have clearly outlined a plan for myself. It is ideal for a creative person in such a serious and rational corporate environment.
