TERMS OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

In accordance with the Law dated 02.07.2019 No. ZRU-547 “On Personal Data”, I give my consent to the processing of personal data of individuals entered by me to the company JSC JV “UZBAT A.O.” (hereinafter referred to as “Company”) (address - 100084, Tashkent city, Minor 77) and British American Tobacco group of companies in order to establish contact with the provided contact data for the purpose of consideration/establishment of business cooperation with JSC JV “UZBAT A.O.”. The provided personal data includes data of the contact person, as follows: surname, first name, patronymic, telephone number, e-mail address, information about place of work and position and additional information provided by me. I consent to the trans-border transfer of my personal data outside the Republic of Uzbekistan, including to the territory of foreign countries that do not ensure adequate protection of personal data. Actions with my personal data to which I give my consent include collection, systematization, storage, modification, amendment, supplementation, use, provision, dissemination, transfer, depersonalization and destruction of personal data. Mixed processing of my personal data is envisaged - without the use of means of automation and automated processing with transmission of the received information using the Internet.

This consent is valid for 20 years from the date of its provision. I am aware that I can withdraw my consent to the processing of personal data specified in this Consent by sending to JSC SP “UZBAT A.O.” an application in the form in which this consent was given or in writing, including in the form of an electronic document.
