Основные обязанности:

• Управлять производственной деятельностью в смене на участке;
• Корректировать в случае необходимости расстановку сменного и подрядного персонала;
• Обеспечить выполнение планов производства продукции;
• Непрерывно улучшать ключевые показатели участка;
• Обеспечить своевременное внедрение планов действий внутри смены;
• Обеспечить эффективное выполнение требований инструментов / систем методологии IWS внутри смены на вверенном участке;
• Обеспечивать выполнение требований по качеству;
• Обеспечивать эффективную прием-передачу смены;
• Обеспечивать качественный процесс консервации оборудования и его подготовки к запуску;
• Контролировать и обеспечивать выполнение командами участка заданий по чистке, инспекции и смазке оборудования;
• Поддерживать запуск новых продуктов и внедрение проектных активностей на участке
• Обеспечивать формирование корректной отчетности по результатам работы смены;
• Контролировать в рабочем порядке наличие требуемого оборудования, инструментов, материалов, комплектующих.

Требования:

• Опыт работы на производстве;
• Опыт управления людьми;
• Умение проводить анализ проблем и выявлять корневые причины;
• Хорошие навыки организации работы команд;
• Отличные навыки влияния и коммуникации;
• Хорошие навыки работы на компьютере (Excel, Word).

Специалист по сопровождению поставок

Основные обязанности:

• Обеспечение поддержки бизнеса, как по локальным, так и по импортно-экспортным поставкам;
• Координация документооборота – отслеживание сроков действия / обновление и закрытие;
• Администрирование контрактов – формальное подписание, хранение и архивирование;
• Управление рисками – определение требований к документам, разрешениям, гарантиям и пр.;
• Управление заказами и поставками;
• Отслеживание отгрузок и поставок в транзите, эскалация возникающих вопросов;
• Подготовка к оплате и процессу конвертации, где применимо, и отслеживание платежей;
• Решение различных вопросов, связанных с таможенной очисткой, претензиями, штрафами, сверками и пр.

Требования:

• Высшее образование;
• Понимание процессов импорта и экспорта, ВЭД, Инкотермс, знание законодательства;
• Хорошее понимание всех аспектов производственного бизнеса БАТ;
• Хорошие навыки командной работы, отличные личностные и коммуникативные качества;
• Адаптивность;
• Свободное владение английским и русским языками.

Менеджер по логистике

Основные обязанности:

• Активно участвовать в развитии и внедрении стратегии Цепи Поставок;
• Эффективно управлять процессами хранения и перевозки готовой продукции, сырьевых материалов, запасных частей и полуфабрикатов;
• Заниматься отбором поставщиков, предоставляющих логистические услуги, складированием и вывозом производственных отходов;
• Поддерживать и развивать отчетность по стандартному набору ключевых показателей эффективности, охватывающие сервис, безопасность, продуктивность, стоимость и эффективность третьих сторон;
• Нести ответственность за основные показатели команды логистики, работая над постоянным усовершенствованием процессов;
• Достигать высокого уровня командной работы, мотивируя людей, уважая разные подходы и предоставляя поддержку командным решениям, проводить обучение и обеспечивать непрерывное развитие команды;
• Быть ответственным за бюджет, включая контроль и подсчёт бюджета логистических услуг.

Требования:

• Высшее образование (предпочтительно в сфере экономики или финансов);
• Опыт управления процессами логистики;
• Знание законодательства в области логистики и транспортировки;
• Свободное владение: русским и английским языками, знание узбекского языка предпочтительно;
• Отличная коммуникабельность и способность с уверенностью взаимодействовать с сотрудниками на всех уровнях;
• Стрессоустойчивость.

Infrastructure Lead

Responsibilities:

Manage and support IT infrastructure, including cloud environments, servers, networks, voice systems, and other related components.

This includes:

• Hands-on technical management of existing IT infrastructure;
• Collaborating closely with the IT teams to ensure timely, robust, and comprehensive service delivery;
• Working in collaboration with global teams to perform designing, planning, and implementing solutions to enhance infrastructure resilience and reduce failures.
• Rapidly responding to any IT-related critical issues;
• Performing impact assessments of infrastructure change requests as part of the Change Advisory Board (CAB) ;

Ensure compliance with IDT standards (e.g., SOx, GOM, Control Navigator) concerning technology services, which includes:

• Conducting and evolving IDT Service Continuity plans and testing;
• Vulnerabilities and patch management;
• Developing and maintaining infrastructure documentation and reports;

Provide consistent technology services across both global and local operations within the CCA cluster (Caucasus and Central Asia - Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan).

Experience:

A minimum of 5 years of experiencein supporting IT infrastructure and service delivery;

Fluent in English and Russian, both written and verbal communication;

Technical experience with:

• Cloud platforms (VMware, Azure, AWS) and on-premises infrastructure.
• Operating systems (Windows Servers, Linux related), networks (Cisco/Meraki), and firewalls.
• Databases such as MS SQL and PostgreSQL.
• IT security and data protection practices.
• Backup and recovery solutions.
• Creating architecture documentation.

• Осуществлять внутренний аудит путем проведения проверок, согласно утвержденного плана;
• Осуществлять мониторинг выполнения плана мероприятий по устранению выявленных несоотвествий;
• Осуществлять мониторинг хода выполнения утвержденного бизнес-плана и соблюдения принципов корпоративного управления;
• Выполнять проверки состояния внутреннего контроля, состояния бухгалтерского учета и финансовой отчетности, правильности исчисления и уплаты налогов и других обязательных платежей;
• Осуществлять проверки соблюдения законодательства при осуществлении финансово-хозяйственной деятельности и обеспечения сохранности активов;
• Консультировать подразделения по вопросам финансового, налогового, банковского и иного законодательства;

ОСНОВНЫЕ ТРЕБОВАНИЯ К КАНДИДАТУ:

• Наличие действующего локального сертификата внутреннего аудитора или международного сертификата DipIFR;
• Высшее образование;
• Стаж практической работы в сфере бухгалтерского учета, аудита, финансового или налогового контроля не менее 2-х лет из последних 10 лет;
• Отличные навыки работы с компьютерными программами;
• Глубокие знания: Финансов, Налогообложения, Аудита, Управления рисками и требований местного законодательства;
• Желательно наличие международных сертификатов (ACCA, CIA, CPA, CIMA, и тп);
• Желательно иметь хороший уровень разговорного и письменного английского языка.
