Основные обязанности:

• Своевременное и качественное ведение бухгалтерского учета на вверенном участке;

Требования:

- Высшее образование.

Менеджер по торговым программам

Обязанности:

·   Разрабатывать и внедрять стратегию работы с торговой средой в соответствии с задачами в розничных каналах сбыта

·   Управлять разработкой, внедрением и оценкой эффективности программ для работы с торговой средой в соответствии с годовым циклическим планом

·   Разрабатывать и внедрять согласованную с задачами отделами торгового маркетинга и по активации торговых марок инвестиционную стратегию и эффективную систему мониторинга бюджета с целью выполнения ключевых задач

·   Координировать внедрение системы классификации торговой среды

"БАТ” Узбекистан ищет себе в команду Специалистa по администрированию персонала в г. Ташкент.

Основные обязанности:

• Своевременно и качественно осуществлять надлежащее ведение кадрового делопроизводства, кадрового администрирования персонала в соответствии с нормами трудового законодательства Республики Узбекистан;
• Своевременно и корректно вносить кадровую информацию (по приему, переводу, увольнению, продлению трудовых договоров и т.п.), а также все личные данные работников в электронную базу данных 1С и my.mehnat.uz;
• Осуществлять формирование электронной базы данных о структуре (штатном расписании) Компании, включая информацию об имеющихся и создаваемых рабочих местах, условиях работы, оплате труда в Межведоственном аппаратно-программном комплексе «Единая национальная система труда» на сайте mehnat.uz;
• Вести учет личного состава предприятия, его подразделений в соответствии с унифицированными формами первичной учетной документации;
• Осуществлять прием, заполнение, учет, хранение и выдачу трудовых книжек работников в соответствии с требованиями законодательства РУз;
• В соответствии с законодательством управлять процессом составления и утверждения графиков отпусков, осуществлять контроль в течение года;
• Производить расчет заработной платы и иных выплат работникам филиала;
• Осуществлять прием, анализ и контроль табелей учета рабочего времени и подготавливать их к счетной обработке;
• Принимать и контролировать правильность оформления листков о временной нетрудоспособности, справок по уходу за больными и других документов, подтверждающих право на отсутствие работника на работе, подготавливать их к счетной обработке;
• Своевременно организовывать ведение воинского учета по работникам филиала.

Требования:

• Высшее образование с опытом работы в сфере кадрового администрирования и расчета заработной платы от 1 года;
• Знание трудового законодательства Республики Узбекистан, правил ведения кадрового делопроизводства;
• Отличные навыки коммуникации и работы в команде;
• Высокий уровень клиенториентированности и стрессоустойчивости;
• Знание русского и английского языка;
• Высокий уровень владения ПК (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, 1C, mehnat.uz, другие программы по кадровому учету).

Аудитор

Основные обязанности

§ Осуществлять внутренний аудит путем проведения проверок, согласно утвержденного плана;

§ Осуществлять мониторинг выполнения плана мероприятий по устранению выявленных несоотвествий;

§ Осуществлять мониторинг хода выполнения утвержденного бизнес-плана и соблюдения принципов корпоративного управления;

§ Выполнять проверки состояния внутреннего контроля, состояния бухгалтерского учета и финансовой отчетности, правильности исчисления и уплаты налогов и других обязательных платежей;

§ Осуществлять проверки соблюдения законодательства при осуществлении финансово-хозяйственной деятельности и обеспечения сохранности активов;

§ Консультировать подразделения по вопросам финансового, налогового, банковского и иного законодательства;

Требования к кандидатам

§ Наличие действующего локального сертификата внутреннего аудитора или международного сертификата DipIFR;

§ Высшее образование;

§ Стаж практической работы в сфере бухгалтерского учета, аудита, финансового или налогового контроля не менее 2-х лет из последних 10 лет;

§ Отличные навыки работы с компьютерными программами;

§ Глубокие знания: Финансов, Налогообложения, Аудита, Управления рисками и требований местного законодательства;

§ Желательно наличие международных сертификатов (ACCA, CIA, CPA, CIMA, и тп);

§ Желательно иметь хороший уровень разговорного и письменного английского языка.
